Endless Ocean is a game about exploring an underwater world. The main focus of the game is on exploring the game world and cataloging the different animal species that can be found there.
Story
As a diver drawn to the warm, sun-drenched waters of the fictional Manaurai Sea in the South Pacific, the player sets out to explore one of the most beautiful and mysterious parts of the ocean on Earth. Accompanied by a helpful assistant named Katherine, the player dives through coral reefs, sunken shipwrecks, deep trenches, and shadowy caves, cataloging the amazing underwater world they encounter. From tiny reef fish and playful dolphins to manta rays, whale sharks, and giant whales—every dive reveals new wonders to discover and befriend, and the creatures you find can populate your personal aquarium at the dive center. Beyond the joy of discovery, a deeper mystery gradually comes to light. Katherine tells the story of her father, who once disappeared while searching for a legendary and elusive whale named “White Mother.” Together, the divers and their companions set out across the sea, hoping to uncover the truth behind this legendary creature.
