Earthworm Jim
A crow chases a worm named Jim while Psy-Crow hunts a renegade ship in space. The ship's captain has stolen an ultra-high-tech indestructible super-space cyber-suit, and Queen Snail-for-a-Butt has ordered Psy-Crow to get it because it can make her more beautiful than Princess-What's-Her-Name. Psy-Crow blows up the captain and the suit falls on the planet Earth. Back on Earth, Jim wonders if he's finally safe when an ultra-high-tech indestructible-super-space-cyber-suit lands on him. Fortunately, Jim rests in the suit's neck ring. Then the space particles begin to interact with Jim, causing him to evolve at the speed of light. Jim soon realizes that he has control over the suit. Jim learns about the queen's plans for the suit and decides to meet this princess....
Story
Jim is a normal earthworm until a special "super suit" falls from the sky that allows him to act like a human, with his "worm part" acting as his head and the suit as his arms, body and legs. Jim has a double task: to escape from the game's many enemies who are after him because they want the suit back, and also to save and protect Princess What's-her-name from them. The game begins with Jim dodging and defeating all the enemies and saving Princess What's-Her-Name. However, not only does she not return Jim's affection, but she is also crushed by the flying cow that was shot down by Jim himself at the beginning of the game.
