Story

The story of Driver 2 takes place in four different cities: Chicago, Havana, Las Vegas and Rio de Janeiro. Tanner and his partner Tobias Jones work together to catch a money messenger who has double-crossed a gangster boss. The money messenger is known in the story as "Pink Lenny" and is depicted as a weasel in the opening scene. Pink Lenny has double-crossed Solomon Caine and is now working for his enemy, Brazilian Alvaro Vasquez. Tanner must find and capture Pink Lenny because Solomon Caine wants to kill him for betraying him. Lenny is also responsible for starting a big gang war in Chicago. The elusive Avaro Vasquez, head of the tattooed Brazilian mafia operating out of Rio, is turning his business interests to the American mainland. Violence threatens to inflame America when a U.S. crime lord's financier strikes a deal with Vasquez - his biggest rival.
