Dragon Age II
Dragon Age II is the sequel to Dragon Age: Origins and the second major game in the series. Like its predecessor, players can explore and fight in the game from the third-person perspective. They will also meet various companions that play an important role in the storyline and gameplay. Depending on the player's decisions and dialogues, a companion will recognize the main character Hawke as either a friend or a rival. The game uses the wheel-based dialogue system, i.e. short answers that reflect different tones and attitudes that the player wants to choose for Hawke. The combat system is very similar to that of the predecessor Dragon Age, but has been sped up considerably.
Story
In the world of Thedas, players take on the role of Hawke, a human mage, rogue or warrior who arrives in the city of Kirkwall as a simple refugee and becomes its legendary champion over the course of a turbulent decade of political and social conflict.
