Discover a vast, vibrant landscape—the surface of a world called Albia. You exist in this world only as a virtual presence, a sort of remote-controlled being that the computer depicts as a hand-shaped mouse cursor. This world features a variety of settings and strange creatures loosely (and with considerable poetic license) linked to Norse mythology. You begin near the long-abandoned home of a family of Norns (small, furry creatures), where a few eggs languishing in a broken incubator are nearly all that remains of the Nornir race.
