Chakan: The Forever Man

Chakan: The Forever Man

Chankan: The Forever Man was an action platformer for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis. The game had an unusually dark premise for the time of its release, when the home console market was flooded with licensed platform games based on family-friendly media. It was based on a comic by Robert A. Kraus and was produced by Ed Annunziata, who met the creator of Chakan at a convention and was impressed.
