Call of Duty 2

Call of Duty 2 is a first-person shooter that has a single-player story mode and a multiplayer mode. The player takes on the roles of various Allied protagonists in certain missions during World War II. The player can crouch or prone and climb low walls and other obstacles. He can carry two firearms, which he can interchange with those left on the battlefield, and carry both fragmentation and smoke grenades. The iron sight of a weapon can be used to aim more accurately. A compass on the heads-up display (HUD) shows both allies and enemies and target markers to indicate places the player must reach, areas he must defend, or enemy cannons or tanks he must take out with explosives. In some locations, weapons such as machine guns and anti-aircraft guns are also available to eliminate enemy troops. In some missions, the player also takes control of a tank.

Story

Call of Duty 2 contains four separate campaigns, divided into three stories. Each story is about a World War II soldier who overcomes insurmountable obstacles during the war.
