A new era of shooting and looting is upon us. Play as one of four new vault hunters facing a vast new world filled with creatures, psychos and the evil mastermind Handsome Jack. Make new friends, equip them with a bazillion weapons, and battle with them in 4-player co-op mode on a relentless quest for revenge and redemption on the undiscovered and unpredictable living planet.
Story
Five years after the events of Borderlands, a valuable mineral called "Eridium" begins to bloom in the crust of Pandora. Handsome Jack, the leader of the Hyperion Corporation, secures this new resource and uses it to rule Pandora with an iron fist. Meanwhile, rumors of an even larger vault hidden on Pandora spread, luring a new group of vault hunters to the planet in search of it.
