Blue's Journey

Blue's Journey

The planet Raguy was once a beautiful place until the evil Daruma tribe invaded and brought pollution that spoiled the land. You, Blue, are a specialist of the leafy heap and love Princess Fa from the Raguy family. Unfortunately, Princess Fa has fallen ill due to the pollution. In Blue's Journey, a 2D side-scrolling platformer with RPG elements, it's your task to save your princess. You'll have to jump through the levels and avoid traps while dealing with a variety of baddies. At the end of each level there is a special villain that you'll have to defeat with special means. To do this, Blue can use a leaf attack and shrink. With the leaf attack, which can only be used when Blue is at his full size, he can hurl a leaf that will stun any enemies he hits. Blue can also collect power-ups to get an even more devastating leaf attack, or change his attack completely. Once enemies are stunned, Blue can pick them up and throw them across the screen to eliminate more baddies. When Blue is shrunk, he can't use his attack power, but he can fit into small crevices and cracks that aren't normally accessible. Of course, Blue can also finish off his enemies by jumping on them. Since Raguy's economy is based on flowers, Blue can collect flowers to buy things in special huts. But Blue must be careful not to fall into traps or bottomless pits that mean instant death. Just as bad is getting hit by bad guys or their shots. Blue starts the game with two hearts, one of which he loses when he is knocked down by a bad guy. When his heart count drops to zero, Blue dies. You can play the game alone (as Blue) or with your friend (as green Blue) to have fun at the same time.
