A loose reboot of the original Blaster Master by Inti Creates that uses elements from the original game, the novel Worlds of Power, and the original Japanese version.
Story
"One day, a young man named Jason Frudnick, known as a genius in the field of robotics, discovered a strange creature he had never seen before. Since there was no record of this mysterious creature, Jason named it "Fred" and took it to his lab to observe it closely. Shortly after, an accident occurred in the lab and Fred escaped. Fred jumped into a hole that appeared seemingly out of nowhere. Jason followed him and before he knew it, he found himself in a cave where the combat vehicle "SOPHIA III" was waiting for him. Curious about this incredible high-tech vehicle, Jason jumped into SOPHIA III and began his adventure in the vast underground world in search of Fred."
