Valuable metals are mysteriously missing from the mines of Gotham City. One of these metals has a highly toxic composition that is used to make explosives for missiles. The Gotham City police have exhausted their resources and are desperate for Batman's help. He knows that only one criminal mastermind can be behind this plan.... The Joker is out for revenge!
