Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge

Story

Two months have passed since Gruntilda fell from her tower, placing the events of the game ahead of Banjo-Tooie in the timeline, and she is still trapped under the boulder. After trying to push the boulder away from her, her loyal henchman Klungo decides that another plan is needed, and builds a robot in Gruntilda's form, the Mecha-Grunty, into which Gruntilda's spirit passes. With her real body still stuck underground, she can now initiate a revenge plot against Banjo and Kazooie at will. She kidnaps Kazooie and travels back in time (supposedly 20 years, though the actual time span is unknown) with the plan to prevent the bear and bird duo from ever meeting in order to erase their past defeat from history and restore their former selves.
