Story
From the creators of Shadowgate comes Argonus and the Gods of Stone, a legendary first-person adventure. Argonus and the Gods of Stone pays homage to the great fantasy movies of the 60s and 70s and is set in the world of ancient Greece. You are Argonus, a historian and cartographer who wakes up and finds himself lost on foreign shores. The Argo, the famous ship of the hero Jason and his Argonauts, has been pulled onto sharp rocks by the song of a siren and now lies wrecked in shallow waters. When you learn the fate of your faithful companions, you must make a deal with a goddess: Either you end the calamity that has claimed countless lives and receive safe passage home in return, or you risk succumbing to the evil that plagues this island....
