Archon Classic

Archon was inspired by the chess game, but adds battles that you control yourself, and is the original Battle Chess. In this epic battle between light and darkness you'll have to try to outsmart your opponent with teams of fantasy creatures or monsters. When you challenge a piece on the chess board, you will be teleported to a battle arena where you will fight in REAL TIME until only the winner claims the field on the chess board. Defeat your opponent by defeating all of his pieces on the chessboard, or claim all of the power squares for a quick victory! You can play in Free-For-All mode, where it's every man for himself, or you can play in teams and team up with your opponent's pieces (2 vs. 1).
