Alter Ego

"Alter Ego" is a life simulation game in which players create a character and guide them through seven stages of life—from infancy to old age—by making decisions in various situations. Players choose from several response options that influence their character’s personality, health, and future scenarios, with each decision having long-term consequences that can lead to different outcomes—including premature death or “Game Over.” The gameplay unfolds using a life tree structure with situation cards that represent thematic encounters, and players can shape relationships, careers, and lifestyle choices as their character ages; separate versions are available for male and female characters.
