Alien vs Predator
You are a Predator warrior in the 25th century - a fearsome monster with an ugly face, raw power and very cool weapons. Trained to fight with everything Predator technology has to offer - destroy or be destroyed! You've come to New Shanghai, a city on the planet Vega 4, to hunt humans, but instead you encounter aliens - powerful, two-headed beasts bent on wiping out all life. You're outnumbered, but not outwitted - the hunt is on. Alien drones, warriors, chest-busters and face-clamps stand in your way. Use your lasers, blades and special weapons of destruction to gain honor for your deeds. Destroy the Guardian Aliens to advance to the next level, then follow your primal instincts to reach the ultimate prey... the Alien Queen!
Story
The game is set on the planet Vega 4 in the city of New Shanghai. A work crew doing underground construction work discovers a colony of aliens that attack them and then quickly come to the surface. The city is quickly overwhelmed by the aliens, but the citizens send a distress signal to Earth, which is also picked up by a passing Predator ship. The Predators decide to hunt the aliens on Vega 4, seeing them as challenging prey. The player fights his/her way through six stages, fighting different types of aliens and bosses. Many of the bosses are aliens that have been hatched in different types of animals and therefore have characteristics of those animals. These include an aquatic alien hatched from a dolphin, a primate-like alien hatched in a monkey, a winged alien hatched in a bat, and a snake-like alien. After fighting the aliens on Vega 4, the Predator travels to the Orion Nebula and fights the Alien Queen.
