Advanced Busterhawk Gley Lancer

Advanced Busterhawk Gley Lancer, better known as Gleylancer (グレイランサー), is a shoot 'em up game developed by NCS for the Sega Mega Drive in 1992, which was only released in Japan (although some texts, such as those in the Mover configuration screen described below, are almost perfect in English). It was released internationally in 2008 on the Wii Virtual Console. Despite the English configuration screen, the translation group M.I.J.E.T. released a patch in 2006–2007 that translated the story text. Lucia is the 16-year-old daughter of a fighter pilot who disappears in 2025 during a war between humans and aliens. He was captured by aliens whom he had previously captured himself and who had the ability to teleport. Lucia hijacks the prototype fighter jet CSH-01-XA "Gley Lancer" to rescue him.
