Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War

The sixth installment of the Ace Combat series deals with the Belkan War, a devastating conflict that was already hinted at in Ace Combat 5. In the game's main story mode, the player takes control of a mercenary pilot with the call sign "Cipher" and participates in the Belkan War, working his way through aerial combat, escort, attack and defense missions. The story is told from the point of view of a reporter who, 10 years after the conflict, uncovers the secrets of the war by interviewing some of the pilots the player shoots down.
