Story
On a cold November night, an innocent life has come to an untimely end in an abandoned mansion deep in the mountains. Surrounded by his family and closest friends, the controversial but highly successful businessman William Goldberg passed away under mysterious circumstances. An upstanding member of society and owner of Goldberg Industries, a multi-million dollar defense contractor that supplied the military during World War II, news of his death caused an uproar with the local police. It seemed as if the case was tailor-made for the legendary detective Knox, a child prodigy who has successfully solved over a hundred cases. Accompanied by the up-and-coming young detective Clark, who has been assigned by the chief of police to keep an eye on him, Knox sets off for the Goldberg estate to find out the truth behind the incident. Miles away from the nearest settlement, in a mansion hidden from public view, it's reasonable to assume that only those present at the time could have been involved. Follow clues, search for evidence and discover important information by interrogating the suspects. All the pieces of the puzzle are presented and it's up to you to find out who, how and why the murder happened. A visual whodunit inspired by the classic novels of Arthur C.
