Story

This suspenseful mystery combines elements of classic horror with the gritty noir of the 1950s. A paranormal private investigator is contacted by her friend, famed reporter Helen Hunter, whose voice on the answering machine sounds small and frightened. She is in the coastal town of Serpent Creek and needs immediate help. But when the detective arrives in Serpent Creek, she finds no trace of Ms. Hunter. Even stranger, the streets of the town are populated by snakes and the citizens seem to be sleepwalking through life. The ground shakes with violent tremors. As he investigates Serpent Creek, the detective does real detective work, finding clues and combining them to uncover the secrets of each crime scene in new detective mode!
