2048

2048 was developed by Italian web developer Gabriele Cirulli and is a single-player puzzle game in which you have to combine numbered tiles on a 4x4 grid to get a tile with the number 2048. The game was originally programmed in JavaScript and CSS over a weekend and released as free open-source software in March 2014.
