„Dance Dance Revolution 5th MIX“, kurz „DDR 5th Mix“, ist der fünfte Titel der „Dance Dance Revolution“-Reihe von Musikvideospielen. Es wurde am 27. März 2001 von Konami für Spielhallen veröffentlicht. Obwohl es offiziell nur in Japan erschien, gibt es weltweit Geräte davon. DDR 5th Mix enthält insgesamt 122 Songs, von denen neun versteckt und freischaltbar sind. Von diesen Songs sind 40 (einschließlich aller neun freischaltbaren Songs) brandneu in Dance Dance Revolution.
