The time-traveling tournament fighters are back! The original eight characters from the popular arcade hit return, along with six new characters hand-picked from different eras and locations across time. But a new boss awaits the winner.... Who or what is behind this new tournament? To find out, you'll have to go to him! In this sequel, there are all-new stages and music, as well as improved animations and graphics. You can now reflect projectile moves at your opponent and reverse normal throws if you have the right timing! The original game's Deathmatch mode is also back, but with a new feature: the life bar increases or decreases depending on how much damage you inflict or receive. When you bring your side's life bar to 100%, your opponent loses.
