Wario's Woods
Wario's Woods is a puzzle game, similar to Tetris or Columns, but with a twist. Instead of directly controlling the falling monsters and bombs, the player controls Toad, who must carry around stacks of monsters and bombs and combine them correctly. A bomb and at least two monsters of the same color must be combined to make them disappear. When five or more objects are cleared at the same time, a diamond appears. When you destroy the diamond, all monsters of the color of the diamond disappear.
Story
The Peaceful Woods were once the friendly home of goblins and other gentle forest creatures. But then Wario and his gang of monsters invaded and destroyed the peace of the forest. The quiet forest community was turned upside down by these terrible events. Wario has now named the forest after himself and peaceful creatures are not welcome. Toad, the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom, has decided to travel to Wario's Woods and put an end to Wario's reign of terror. Toad knows that with the help of the goblins, he can rid the forest of Mario's evil nemesis. Fortunately, the goblins can make bombs. It is Toad's job to aim the bombs at the forest's enemies and thus defeat the evil creatures. By clearing more and more of the forest, Toad gets closer and closer to the ultimate challenge of facing Wario.
