Good afternoon, buddy! Things can get a little confusing sometimes, so let me remind you what's going on here.... You are TY, the last of the Tasmanian Tigers. Raised by a family of bilbies, you can only vaguely remember your real parents. You always thought that all the other Tasmanian Tigers died a long time ago. But then the Bunyip elder found you and told you that your family is still alive, but trapped in dreams. But hold back... don't get upset... you'll see they're not stuck there forever if you're up for a little adventure! Deep in the outback, there's some kind of glowing portal that's a gateway to dreaming. And around the portal there are some notches in the rocks where five ancient mystical talismans lay. All you have to do is find the five talismans, put them in the carvings and the gateway to dreaming will open! Now before you run off like a frog in a sock, there's just one LITTLE problem. Namely, there is an evil cassowary - Boss Cass - who is also after the talismans. Yes. THIS Boss Cass. The one who held your family captive in your dreams and ordered the school board to remove all meat pies from the tuck stores. And if that wasn't megalomaniacal enough, he also caged a whole bunch of your bilby buddies all over the outback.... something about overdue library books.... Anyway, if you want to open the portal, you'll have to beat him and his henchmen at finding the talismans! But don't worry, you won't be alone! You've got a bunch of friends to help you along the way, including me - your old buddy, Maurie. Now let's get down to business, find the talismans and save your family!
