Twelve Minutes
Twelve Minutes is a real-time, top-down interactive thriller with an accessible click-and-drag interface. It stars James McAvoy, Daisy Ridley and Willem Dafoe. The game combines the dreamlike tension of The Shining with the claustrophobia of Rear Window and the fragmented structure of Memento.
Story
You take on the role of a husband who wants to spend a romantic evening with his wife. The night turns into a nightmare when a policeman breaks into your house, accuses your wife of murder and beats you to death. You immediately find yourself back in the moment you opened the front door, in a 12-minute time loop, doomed to relive the same horror over and over again. Unless you find a way to use the knowledge of what's coming to change the outcome and break the loop.
