Samurai Warriors: Chronicles

Samurai Warriors: Chronicles is a hack-and-slash video game from the Samurai Warriors series. It was released as a launch title for the Nintendo 3DS. Samurai Warriors: Chronicles introduces several new features that were not included in the previous Samurai Warriors games. While the top screen displays the main game, the bottom screen displays maps, KOs and mission data. The player can switch between four characters during combat, with the screen also switching to the respective position. Unlike previous titles, in which the player chooses a hero and focuses on his story, in Chronicles the player chooses a male (with a dai-katana and rifle) or female (with a double sword) character to play as the main character in each story battle, following his own story and switching between different armies.
