Runescape Classic

RuneScape Classic (also known as RSC, RS1 or RS Classic) was the first official version of RuneScape (the predecessor was DeviousMUD). RuneScape Classic was released on January 4, 2001. It was later replaced by the then RuneScape 2 on March 29, 2004. On May 23, 2018, Jagex announced that RuneScape Classic would be permanently closed on August 6, 2018 due to numerous unfixable issues with the game.
