Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis is a survival horror video game and the third installment of the Resident Evil series. Like its two predecessors, it is a third-person action adventure game with polygonal characters on pre-rendered backgrounds with cinematic camera angles. Although the game uses the same basic engine and gameplay as its predecessors, the gameplay has been enhanced with features such as automatic aiming, a 180-degree turn, and a new dodge move that allows Jill to avoid enemy attacks. The PC and Dreamcast versions include all eight of Jill's possible costumes, as well as the mercenary mini-game Operation Mad Jackal, where you can play as one of three Umbrella soldiers. In the Playstation version, these special features must be unlocked by finishing the game with a high score.

Story

On September 28, 1998, 24 hours before the events of Resident Evil 2, former Special Tactics And Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) member Jill Valentine attempts to escape from Raccoon City. Most of the population has been turned into zombies by an outbreak of the T-virus, a new type of biological weapon secretly developed by the pharmaceutical company Umbrella. On her way to the Raccoon City Police Department, Jill meets her teammate Brad Vickers, who is killed by a new enemy. This creature, type Nemesis-T, is a bio-organic weapon programmed to kill surviving S.T.A.R.S. members who witness Umbrella's experiments. While on the run from Nemesis, Jill encounters three surviving members of the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.): Carlos Oliveira, Mikhail Victor and Nikolai Zinoviev. Nikolai tells Jill and Carlos that a rescue helicopter can be contacted if they manage to reach the city's clock tower and ring the bell.
