Perfect World

Perfect World

Perfect World is a 3D MMORPG rooted in traditional Chinese culture and mythology. It is set in the mythical realm of Pangu and offers players an intense adventure experience.

Story

At the beginning of time, the first god of the universe, Pan Gu, lived an immortal life. But having no subjects to rule over, Pan Gu grew tired of his lonely existence and decided to divide his body into five elements - fire, metal, wood, earth and water. With his divine power, Pan Gu forged these elements into air, land, mountains, rivers, seas and plants, laying the foundation for a new world. At that time, Pan Gu made his first attempt to fill this new world with life. From his shadow he formed the first sentient beings. These nameless creatures were uncivilized, and soon they began fighting each other and corrupting the world around them. Pan Gu realized that what he had created had become an imperfect world, and quickly set about correcting his mistake. He built a floating city, the Heaven's Tear, and placed the few creatures that had not yet been corrupted into the city. Then, using the power of water and wind, Pan Gu created a massive flood that inundated the land, destroying all life in its path. After the world was cleansed, Pan Gu set about creating a new world in which there were beings capable of spiritual cultivation. He created three races that possessed the qualities he valued most in himself. The race of humans was born from Pan Gu's mind and was characterized by morality, honor, and an unlimited imagination. The race of the Untamed, born from Pan Gu's body, embodied freedom and peace and possessed a unique connection to the natural order of the world. And the third race, the Winged Elves, were born from Pan Gu's own blood and embodied beauty, grace, and purity. Between these three races, the Perfect World was created. The most important quality Pan Gu gave to all three peoples was free will. He vowed never again to exterminate an entire species, and thus all conflicts between the races were to be resolved among themselves. Such a conflict arose between the humans and the winged elves when the two races discovered the city of Heaven's Tear. A war broke out as they fought for control of the great city, bringing out the worst in both races. The Untamed remained neutral, content to live in harmony with the natural world. As the war intensified and neither side relented, a new threat emerged. The race believed to have been wiped out in the Great Flood returned in full force. These creatures were not quite alive, but not quite dead either, and thus became known as ghosts. The wraiths seemed to have a single goal: to destroy the other races and spoil the beautiful world around them. Rumors circulated that the wraiths could take possession of other living beings. Not much is known about the true nature of this evil, but one thing is clear. The three races, Human, Untamed, and Winged Elven, must put aside their differences and unite to preserve their way of life, stop the spread of corruption, and above all, protect the Perfect World.
