Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy
Operation Abyss is a first-person RPG dungeon crawler with turn-based combat, in which you'll be able to create an individual team of 6 characters from a total of 10 classes. Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy is a combined remake of the first two games in the Generation Xth trilogy, Code Hazard and Code Breaker, by Experience Inc. based on the Wizardry series. They were only released in Japan. The sequel, Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy, is the remake of the third Generation Xth game, Code Realize.
Story
"Two girls are the key figures in the incident.... What do they know!? Several reports of kidnappings have shaken Tokyo to its core. Unfortunately, these reports are not unfounded rumors.... The victims are mainly young people and their numbers are steadily increasing. Variations and members of a mysterious group have been spotted at the site of the abductions. Students of the Hinowa Academy - the school that the members of the Xth Squad also attend - are in danger. As they search for the truth, closely guarded secrets are uncovered.... But this is far from the only incident plaguing the city. There are reports of strange incidents known as Sprawl Terrors, in which buildings and people suddenly vanish into thin air. A powerful enemy with mysterious origins opposes your efforts to investigate this phenomenon. Besides, among your enemies there seem to be some familiar faces. The more desperate the situation becomes, the more your loyalties are questioned!"
