Story

One hundred years have passed since the magic plague changed the magical and mysterious lands of Faerûn forever. Mighty empires fell and great cities collapsed, leaving only monster-infested ruins and survivors struggling to rebuild. The city of Neverwinter, the Jewel of the North, seemed to have been blessed by the gods. While the rest of the Sword Coast was devastated by events, Neverwinter survived largely unscathed. But that was only a temporary reprieve from its inevitable demise. Nearly 75 years later, a volcanic eruption rained fire, ash, and molten fury on the city, destroying everything in its wake. Today, Neverwinter has regained much of its former glory. Lord Neverember of Waterdeep has taken the city under his protection and calls upon all adventurers and heroes of the Savage North to aid in the rebuilding of Neverwinter in hopes that he may one day lay claim to its throne and crown. But evil forces are conspiring in the dark places of the world, trying to undermine everything...
