Killzone 3
Killzone 3 is the fourth game in the Killzone series. Compared to its predecessor, some improvements have been made, resulting in an overall smoother and better balanced gameplay. As in the predecessors, you'll command different turrets and vehicles that increase your firepower, but offer you a rail-driven gameplay. One of the new weapons is a jet pack that lets you jump and semi-fly as part of the new exoskeleton with unlimited ammo. The environment can sometimes be destroyed or used to your advantage: Shooting barrels or certain plants will take out nearby enemy soldiers. Apart from the single-player campaign, Killzone 3 offers an improved version of Killzone 2's multiplayer, and the game is also the first in the series to support 3D televisions.
Story
Visari is gone, but the war is far from over. Helghast forces have launched a devastating counterattack, forcing the ISA to evacuate the planet Helghan. As new Helghast battalions emerge with more powerful weapons, the ISA is outnumbered, outgunned and surrounded. The player takes on the role of Sev, a surviving member of the special forces Alpha Squad, who must battle vengeful, merciless enemy forces in a desperate attempt to leave Helghan alive.
