Implosion: Never Lose Hope
Twenty years after the fall of the Earth, the remnants of the human race are once again facing extinction. The time has come to justify our existence. A mysterious life form called XADA is competing against humanity's last weapon - the Series III War Mech battlesuit.
Story
"In the late 2170s, the human race was looking for ways to leave its home and travel to an Earth-like planet as resources became dangerously scarce. A group of scientists developed the quantum tunnel drive to enable interstellar travel. During testing, the "lights" of the quantum drive were detected from billions of miles away by a being called "XADA." XADA attacked Earth in the late 2080s. Humans did their best to develop countermeasures, namely the Warmech program. The war lasted two years and at the halfway point only two races were left on the planet, Thandeous and Adrillia. Adrillia cracked the Quantum drive signature in a last ditch effort and fled to a new home in the Tau Ceti group, 12 light years away. The Thandeous were the second to flee, and were forced by Adrillia to settle on an inhospitable moon because the planet was not suitable for either race. The Ivonix were the last surviving race. A technologically advanced people who survived the war in their artificial orbital habitat - the Night Star. They were the last to migrate, leaving behind stealth X-buoys that would respond to Xada activity on Earth if the Xada ever moved. In 2201, the S-X buoys picked up a Xada signal from Earth and made a Q-jump to inform Nightstar. At the same time, a mysterious rift was discovered in the Tau system, indicating a direct attack path from Earth. The Ivonix sent Jake Carloway and Diana May aboard the attack shuttle Nightwing. They have with them two of the deadliest WM-3 combat suits available. They must return to Earth and put an end to XADA before the human race is wiped out. And now the IMPLOSION begins...."
