Children of Zodiarcs
Children of Zodiarcs is a single player tactical RPG that combines traditional tactical gameplay with the thrill of trading cards and editable dice! Children of Zodiarcs was inspired by our deep love of tactical RPGs, particularly Final Fantasy Tactics and the 16-bit Shining Force games, as well as our love of board games and collectible card games like Magic: The Gathering. We decided to combine these passions to create a game that would appeal to fans of the genre and break new ground in a fun and exciting way.
Story
In the heart of an evil empire, a group of young misfits rebel against the corrupt system that keeps them in check. Professional thieves in search of an ancient relic, the group infiltrates the glittering halls of a corrupt nobleman's private chambers and narrowly escapes the wrath of the city guards who pursue them at every turn. Looking for a way out, they seek refuge in the city's seedy slums and brave the sunless depths of the underworld. Heavily armed city guards, rival gangs and psychotic families of underground cannibals have it in for them. Abandoned by the system and exploited by self-serving criminals, the young companions must come to terms with their own reality. But be warned - in the world of Children of Zodiarcs, no one gets away scot-free!
