ADOM is an epic fantasy roguelike. The story takes you to the Drakalor range, a mountainous region in the fictional land of Ancardia. You are a lonely wanderer whose objective is to find the source of the chaos that is spreading across the land. On your quest you'll cross dark dungeons and untamed wilderness, where death lurks around every corner.
Story
The world of Ancardia is very rough and ruthless, reminiscent of the golden times of roguelikes and role-playing games. You'll have to confront a large number of monsters while avoiding diseases, hunger, traps and the omnipresent corruption. You'll fight against time to decipher the nature of the corrupting forces that are slowly devouring Ancardia, and finally defeat them once and for all. Or will you manage to harness them for your own purposes? Will you become a savior, rise to become a god, or will you not interfere and leave Ancardia to his fate? The decision is yours, adventurer.
